Within the grounds of our estate is a wonderful self-catering gite with everything you need to enjoy your holiday here at the Domaine, including a private heated swimming pool. The Vine House has 2 double bedrooms and a twin room. There is a sofa bed in the lounge providing sleeping for 2 people. The lounge is bright and airy, with French doors leading out to acres of land and spectacular views across the forest and the countryside. The dining room has seating for 8 people and the kitchen is equipped with everything you should need to make your stay here stress free. All linen and towels are provided, along with beach towels for the pool. Come and enjoy The Vine House and wonderful domaine. Located in Villefranche-de-Lonchat, the 160 sqm property offers plenty of space for up to 8 guests across 3 bedrooms and a living room with sofa bed. The private heated swimming pool is perfect for long summer days. Enjoy evenings on the terrace with a barbecue, surrounded by the beauty of the private garden. Inside you will find WiFi, a coffee machine, washing machine, television, and oil central heating with a wood burner for cooler months. Baby cots and high chairs are available for families with young children. Bicycle storage and on-site parking are provided for your convenience. Up to 2 pets are welcome. A welcome pack is included. The cleaning fee is available for an extra fee if the property is not left in a good state of cleanliness. Please note that events are not allowed on the property, unless previously agreed with the owners. One camera is in use to record vehicles arriving at the property. The estate has 136 acres of land and woodlands. There are vines planted on the hillsides that surround the property. Within the grounds of our estate, Domaine de Beauregard, is Maison de la Fontaine. It is a luxury barn conversion spanning 280 m² that can accommodate 10+ people, with five ensuite bedrooms, a heated pool, air conditioning, and a wonderful indoor and outdoor kitchen. Situated just 3 km from the village of Villefranche-de-Lonchat, your nearest neighbour is 200 m away, giving you all the privacy you need. As the barn is newly developed, you can be assured that everything has been thought of to make sure the property is ready for you to enjoy. The private grounds include a beautiful garden, covered and uncovered terraces, an outdoor shower, and a barbecue grill for alfresco dining. Inside you will find a fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, clothes dryer, WiFi, and television. Step-free access and a step-free interior make the property welcoming for all guests. Up to two pets are welcome, and baby cots and high chairs are available for families with little ones. On-site parking is provided for up to four vehicles. Events may also be arranged if previously discussed with the owners. Dogs are welcome to stay; however, they must stay on the ground floor of the property and must not go in the pool.
